i have always wondered why old people were so fond of their memories, especially my granny. she happily spends time reminiscing of her past, whether pleasant experiences or not makes little difference. i never understood why she prefers to look back at incidents long past than think of a pleasant tomorrow. little did i realise that for her future was something better not thought of ...she prefers looking at future through our eyes, our hopes and dreams...
